bring unions back (sorry English mistakes)

Hello, I wanted to say that in my opinion removing the unions doesn't make sense, and that they should return improved. 

 

I think this because there is Poland and Lithuania on the 1440 map, and in real life these 2 countries unite later, and in the game all this is represented except that it is impossible to create the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth like in the second game because the "Create a union" option has been removed.

 

So I think this option should return. But to avoid it being an exploit like in the second game, where I could simply take a weak country and unite with a strong one, making my gameplay easier, the following could be done: this option would not be enabled or the country would be invited to join wouldn't be interested if your country is weak militarily, economically, or has few provinces.

It could be like this: you should have at least half of any of these options mentioned in relation to the country invited to unite with you, making it impossible for you to unite if you are too weak.

Age of History 3 will include missions that you can press and get some buffs, including uniting, possibly. I think it's better to make civilizations unite when some historical conditions are met rather than when player wants.

The only problem is that creating a union is a more complex process that involves gaining control over the vassals and army of the civilization that has been integrated. Simple annexation of territories is also an option, of course, but it doesn't feel like a real union. Anyway, the game doesn't have to have any features that aren't used in normal gameplay, so... it is what it is. Not a big deal😪

Will Polish and Lithuanian cores merge ?

What if Poland's religion is Catholic and Lithuanian's Orthodox, what will the Union's religion ?

What will be the capital city ?

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?
