Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

This tool was made by me, it was written in C# you'll need the .NET runtime installed to work

link for .NET

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0

it allows you to convert CSV file to Civilizations. Json files easily

My GitHub link for it

https://github.com/nighttimeskyy-unity/CSV-TO-AOH3-Civilizations-Files/releases/tag/v1.0

first, download the RAR and the example CSV to use to create your civs from GitHub

click on the EXE file

paste your path to the .csv file, click enter, it will create the JSON files for the civilizations for AOH3

it will create a civilizations folder based on where the CSV file is

image.png.1ebb422963d83d7fa5e071d2414b1d4a.png

the JSON file names are based on the civs tag because the flags names are the civs tags

image.png.7adec819bfe9e329fec4fb38d0a28057.png

once done, you can see the files in the civilization's folder created

result in each JSON file

type cmd in you file browser then drag the EXE in the console click enter it might tell you which version it might need to be installed I wasn't sure if it was 8.0.8 or something but the program should tell you what version it needs
