More than one letter? That's nice, so it's possible to have more than 26 ideologies (Latin alphabet has 26 letters, and in aoh2 the ideology tag is limit to one letter)

Name represents the name of the government.

Extra_Tag must be unique within this file! It can consist of one letter, but should not include digits.

GOV_GROUP_ID indicates which other governments have close ties.
For example, Monarchy and Constitutional Monarchy are in the same group.
The group plays an important role in gameplay, as it determines whether civilizations will have positive relations with each other.


RulerTitle is the title of the ruler used in the game and can be seen, for example, in the court.

RulerRoman: true or false,

KingsImages: If set to false, the game will load non-king images.

Color: RGB 0-255

REQUIRED_TECHNOLOGY: -1,
If set to -1, this type of government doesn't require any technology and will be unlocked at the start of the game.

REQUIRED_TECHNOLOGY: 2,
This means you need to unlock Technology ID 2 to access this type of government.

REVOLUTIONISTS: false,
TRIBAL: false,

These values are designated for the AI. true or false.

The icon of the government should be named according to the format: gov_'Extra_Tag'.png

For example, if:
Extra_Tag: m,

Then the image for the government will be named: gov_m.png

Images with the corresponding name must be placed in the following folders:

gfx/government/H/
gfx/government/XH/
gfx/government/XXH/

All size scales are required!

Next are the bonuses. Each government can have between 0 and multiple bonuses.

finally, no more suffering with unicode characters for government tags.

im still desiring a way to assign a single flag for many governments without creating too many files.

actually there are 155,063 unique unicode characters so you can have 155,063 unique idelogies in AoH2 uhhh thats alot

Bonuses are really confusing. What I mean is the numbers, if I type 0.5 on something, it appears 50% in-game, but if I do the same on another bonus, it may appear 0.5 or 5%. Can you help with some clarification how the numbers work?

Possible ideology tags for your mod

 that's a small list if when yo u type or paste your government tag from anywhere everything in the line goes down a bit you cant use it. same for flags if there is a space between the character and the _ like _✌️is  not a good example a good example is _; as there is no space and the line doesn't shift down when typed

NO DUPLICATES IN THIS LIST!!!!!! THERE ARE CYRILIC CHARACTERS IN THE LIST THAT ARE IDENTICAL TO LATIN!

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?

      Or maybe an idea for a new type of unit with upgrades? I'm waiting for your suggestions.
