Demanded Provinces: A Price to Pay

It is possible to through editing that value add some unrest percentage literally too?
Like not to unrest growth but immediately +10% to unrest right after demand for example

ln addition to the mentioned reductions, the demanded provinces could experience a slight temporary decrease in the production of basic resources, reflecting the adjustment of control by the aggressor civilization.

I'm talking about balance during normal gameplay. The console is used for fun, and its functionality cannot be taken into account when balancing game mechanics.

With this feature included, we need a way to gain cores, because currently it is simply not possible. Either by events (lack of "add core" outcome is just crazy) or espionage 😛
