9:50 If the AI attacked with its armies, it could have won the war. The AI is not focused on sieges, it only attacks the player's units and it can't do it correctly. There are 10 days left for the game to be released. If the AI is fixed, many people will like it. I wish you good work.

From 9:57 on the blue flag civ is moving straight to the player's capital (Bobo Dioulasso) but Mali intercepted them before they could start the siege.

I don't know how many war points the capital gives, but she didn't have to siege the capital, there were empty lands

Those provinces doesn't seem to have fortification, so the only way to take them is to attack the fortified province, and after a successful siege all the neighboring provinces are taken.
