localization Corrected legacy strings in Ukrainian localization

Hi. I noted that you use strings from Age of History 2. The Ukrainian localization of Age of History 2 was simply terrible and hasn't been updated since its release. Let's fix this at least for Age of History 3.

In this version of the localization for Age of History 3, I've fixed all the old mistakes and made the translation of legacy lines perfect. I guarantee the quality. It would be great if the corrected localization was added to Steam.

Does the file with the names of civilizations have the same structure (lines from Age of History 2 at the top, new ones at the bottom)?

If so, I would work on improving the translation of the names of civilizations that were in Age of History 2 too.

Corrected all names of civilizations, translated those untranslated. I made the names closer to the English version (shorter). Also added strings for civilizations that are not used (copies of existing civilizations). So we can assume that I have translated 101% of the lines 😛
