I still don't understand. 

Those are events that can be triggered manually once conditions are met

OR those are quests we can activate to receive some tasks?

Nie jest tylko na pokaz, coś tam daje

You can do anything that event outcomes can do.

So does that mean you can make an event trigger a music?

All the files in the game can be replaced by files from a mod.
