A list of the best mods in my personal opinion

Megamod uses Project vita a 13471 province map and UWUT engine which combines lots of code from other mods. Megamod was made by PHZanoniGamer Megamod Download

Bloody Europe II, BE2 for short has the Bloody Europe+ map with 4434 provinces and uses Bloody Engine very similar to UWUT engine but way less hated BE2 was made by MrDavid Bloody Europe Download

QBAM project is a mod that uses Bloody Engine and uses a 6666 map it uses the QBAM resource it was made by bun_dha4 QBAM Download

The New Order or TNO for short is a mod that uses its own engine that adds little in term of code but is very nice with content using bucketloads of events it uses a 5172 province map it was made by Aryan TNO Download

Blitzkrieg is a mod that can be explained like "Budget HoI4" because thats what its trying to be it uses UWUT engine uses the HoAoH2 map with 11624 Provinces it was made by uwut Blitzkrieg Download

and USGW but I downloaded it recently so I dont know.
