Province and Civilisation Name Can’t Changes?

When I change my province name like Istanbul to big city or change my civilisation name like Turkey to Ottomans and Save it, It won’t save and when I come back and load my game it won’t be save?? Is it a error or you can’t at all?

Changing nation colors arent getting saved either. Lukasz, please fix this!

It sometimes does not even if the change is coded.

 

I saved game as Byzantium, reopened it next day and Constantinopole became Istanbul again.

Please add it Lukasz its What i expected from Aoh2 to Aoh3 Province  name changes, Civilisation name changes and civilisation Colour changes… please Lucasz

Yeah, but why? Not only it was possible to rename and recolour countries in the previous game, but mods also added the option to rename cities as well.

@Łukasz Jakowski please make it so We can change Civ name and colour, its one of the functions i Had hope for aoh3 please..
