Missing game features lead to AoH2 being more flexible than AoH3

Hello @Łukasz Jakowski, the following features should be really easy to implement, I am genuinely surprised they are not part of the game yet.

Direct way to change core populations: There should be a slider in the core editor that allows the player to directly change the % of population that identify as the core nation. There is no reason for a core "Republic of the Rio Grande" in Mexico to have 50% core population, and I cannot seem to find a way to change it to less without making an event.

Event outcome that improves relations: Like the last suggestion, there should be a way to improve relations through events, very simple to add and yet will have a huge impact on the modding community.

I am surprised these have not been added yet, and a bit disappointed, but I hope these will get added eventually.

While at it, perhaps allow us to create historically accurate vassals with decisions if we are not allowed to liberate any country we want unless they were already in the scenario?
