Okay so theres already a 1680 Scenario and idk if its any worth trying a 1656.

Is it okay if you give me another years or?

HRE goes normal and You could try 1660 or 1715

When you finish your map,you can add the HRE borders (in the last point),so add all the"countries" of the HRE (Baviera,Prusia,Austria...),the own HRE like another state and then you add the borders of HRE.

(At least I do that when I'm doing a map)
