I tried to open it  with java and it still doesn´t opened. But after that I go in the properties and changed "open with" to "Java(TM) Platform SE binary". Now I can open it.

But after safing the first province, I can not open it anymore...

When i downloading map editor my 2 of anti-virus are founding "Trojan" virus (in english is magbe "troian"? I dunno). That file.zip is 100% safety to use ? (Sorry for my English)
