@Comrade JP

is there a way to change it without making a completely new civilization?

You do not have to create a new civilization to be able to change the type of government, it's super easy.
You must go to Scenario Editor and select the scenario to edit, when it loads, you go to the civilization that you want to change the type of government, you select its capital and in the upper right part of the screen it will show you the types of governments, you select the one that you like, you give to next until I tell you to save, and that's it!

I am not criticizing, and I blame the US blockade for all of Cuba's economic issues, but why do people still flee if it's democratic and nice? Is it because of the blockade or is it because they think capitalism might be better? I just learned Cuba was a democracy today, and I was just wondering. shareit

Since 1965, the state has been governed by the Communist Party of Cuba. ... Cuba is one of a few extant Marxist–Leninist socialist states, where the role of the vanguard Communist Party is enshrined in the Constitution. forpc.onl jiofi.local.html

Batista outlawed the Cuban Communist Party in 1952. After the coup, Cuba had Latin America's highest per capita consumption rates of meat, vegetables, cereals, automobiles, telephones and radios, though about one-third of the population was considered poor and enjoyed relatively little of this consumption. vidmate  instagram video download
