Can I set that, the other civilisations can’t start war?

Is there a mod, or anything else, to set this option? They are fighting strong, if I attack them, but they can’t start war against me, or the other civilisations.

i don't know.... i hope i could disable that the A.I won't attack randomly

make an event for all countries event chance 100 repeatable is checked, and give non aggressions with everyone

I don't think so. if you make a scripted War then it probably won't work.

i have vassal even with +100 relation but then it started a war with me...i told you it really didnt worked...the problem is weak countries always starts a war for stupid reason
